Breakfast

When following this eating plan, breakfast is the same for everyone. If you like eating eggs, which have been around for about six million years, they are an ingredient versatile enough to be used in numerous cuisines that exist throughout the world.  Eggs can be prepared in a variety of ways. 

You can scramble, boil, or poach them however you like. Make egg pancakes and serve them with honey for a taste sensation.

Lunch

There should be at least four hours between breakfast and lunch. Depending on the menu, you may choose to eat until satisfied, but if it specifies a specific portion, stick to that.

Supper

You must follow the eating plan strictly for the first three days, with no extras.  On day four, you might consider adding sliced onions, mushrooms, and peppers to your meals

Three times a week, you may consume 125ml of red wine with your dinner meal.

Beverages

While you can drink as much coffee and tea you wish, you should avoid milk and sugar and use a sweetener of your 
choosing or organic honey instead.  Throughout the day, 500ml of sugarless beverages may be consumed.

A person needs 3.7 liters of water per day for males and 2.7 liters of water per day for females. 
Multiply your weight by 00.34 if you want to calculate what your body requires.
