Breakfast

Breakfast is the same for all when following this eating plan. If you enjoy eating eggs which have been a part of us for about six million years, it is a versatile ingredient in many cuisines around the world.  You may prepare your eggs in different ways using a little olive oil. 

Scramble, boiled, pouched any way you like. You can even make egg pancakes and enjoy it with teaspoon of honey.

Lunch

Breakfast and lunch must be four hours apart. You may eat until you are satisfied, but if the menu mentions a specific portion, stick to it.

Supper

All meals to be four hours apart. For the first three days, follow the eating plan strictly as indicated, no extras.  On day four, you may add onions, mushrooms and peppers to your meals

125ml of dry red wine may be consumed with your supper meal, three times a week

Beverages

Drink as much coffee and tea without milk and sugar as you wish, you may use a sweetener 
500ml sugar-free cooldrink is allowed per day

3.7 litres of fluids for men and 2.7 litres of fluids a day for women
