Ingredients

butternut
cooked

chopped

garlic

medium to rare

olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste

hot water
depending on how thick you prefer your soup
Instructions
Fry onion and garlic in oil till tender
Add butternut and stir for 5 minutes
Add hot water if necessary
Mix in a blender untill purea
Cut steak in strips and add to butterut soup
