Cucumber roll - Neelo's Kitchen

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cucumber wash and cut lengthwise
  • 1/2 cup Boiled chickens shredded
  • 1 tbsp. cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Jalapeno pepper chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp Fresh parsley or fresh coriander chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mixed al ingredients
  • Put a teaspoon of filling in cucumber
  • Gently start rolling it
  • Keep this in the fridge for 10 minutes and serve
