Obesity isn’t just a cosmetic concern; it’s a medical problem that increases the risk of disease in any household, young and old.  It is important to emphasize the dangers of processed foods as well as the “quick fix” injections, pills, and shakes.  

If you want to change your eating habits to healthier choices and seeking help, I will be able to assist you. 

I will help you to change bad habits into good habits.

There is no miracle pill, you have to put in the effort to become a better healthier you.  We are what we eat and if you are going to overindulge you will put on weight.

I will to teach you to make healthy snacks instead of purchasing high-calorie sugary drinks and chips and by doing this, save you money.

Flexitarian

Focus on:
Vegetables
Fruits
Whole grains
Legumes
Nuts and seeds
Protein: plant-based sources first
Meat, chicken and fish – individuals choice
Processed foods and refined sugars are minimized

Vegetarian

Plant-based proteins:  Eat all fruit, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and sea vegetables, and in most cases honey and bee products.

No meat, animal-base products like gelatin,
poultry or fish.

Mediterranean Diet

Promoting rest and digest 

Focus on:
Primary plant, all fruit and vegetables, Whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices
Extra virgin olive oil, fish and chicken are eaten a few times a week. 
Drink red wine.

Limited on: Red meat only a few times a month. 
Dairy, processed meats and sugary treats are eaten sparingly.
