ground nutmeg

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Remove the core from the apples, but keep the apple closed at the bottom
Mix the sweetener, nutmeg and cinnamon
Pour the mixture over the apples
Place in a casserole with a lid and microwave for 4-5 minutes until soft
Wait about 5 minutes before serving
Notes
• Use yellow or red apples, not Grany Smith apples
