Microwave apples

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sachet sweetener
  • 3 apples
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Remove the core from the apples, but keep the apple closed at the bottom
  • Mix the sweetener, nutmeg and cinnamon
  • Pour the mixture over the apples
  • Place in a casserole with a lid and microwave for 4-5 minutes until soft
  • Wait about 5 minutes before serving

Notes

• Use yellow or red apples, not Grany Smith apples
