I would like to share my experience with everyone who is on this diet today. Good morning, Rika, and everyone else who is on this diet. It has inspired me and I hope it will inspire everyone.  As a 62-year-old woman with little or no hormones until recently, I was constantly tired and extremely unhappy.

Upon signing up, I ordered the entire package, which included an eating plan and three recipe books.   On May 4, 2020, I began the 30-day challenge and completed it successfully.  My weight dropped by 13 kilograms.  I went for my annual blood tests as well, and for the first time in years, they were all normal.   Never in my life did I think I would look and feel like this again.

Thank you Rika, you have changed my life. I am so full of energy that I don’t know how to use it all. Since discovering these recipe books, (I do not like cooking at all), I plan 2 days ahead, and my husband and I enjoy all the healthy recipes.

One year later and still going strong, we have changed our lifestyle.



I have tried various diets in the past when someone introduced me to the Wonderwerk Eating plan.

By far the easiest and best eating plan. It includes something of everything, balanced well and feel safe to use it. Even in lockdown it is easy to hold of the weight.

I have lost 13kg, from a size 14 to size 10. Thank you Rika and team.
